My Fair Maiden

I'm really stuck on basic colors, patterns, and cuts right now.. Just simple everything.. black, grey, green, white, some brown, khaki's, red when you tryna add some extra.. but other than that I think its all about the minimal details and the quality of what you wearing rather than the excessiveness and flamboyancy(spell check, maybe a dictionary check too) of the item.. I was able to recently try soem shit on from a line that I htink fits all the pieces.. Maiden Noir's S/S '09 is definitely fitting into all my categories of fuck wit it'ness.. they are making pieces that will last you multiple season's, that have a function, and most improtantly look good and fit well..










Also.. I'm always about fighting and creating for a good cause.. And I dont think there is a more prevelant issue for our generation to combat, then the AIDS epidemic.. So plain and simply, check out The second ‘Fashion against AIDS’ by Designers Against AIDS.. The collection is in collaboration with H&M and will be in almost 1000 H&M stores in 30 countries from May 28... The brud part about it is the designs are by artists including Katy Perry, Roisin Murphy, Pharell Williams/NERD, Estelle, Yoko Ono, Dita Von Teese, Cyndi Lauper, Tokio Hotel, Yelle, Robyn, Dangerous Muse and Katharine Hamnett... So whole lotta big names ptu time and effort into this project and really think everyone should go out and support, get youself a couple new t's for the summer and support a great cause...
