The theme for today's list of Coachella acts is my broski Alex Jacke aka Jackee aka Ratatouille haha, introduced me to every one of these bands..I didn't think I fucked wit the Fleet Foxes at first cuz they were just so folky n shit but once you take in their music, and just listen to their attention to detail when it comes to using different sounds and instruments, you gotta fuck with them. Dr. Dog had one of the best albums in '08 in my opinion, maybe better than Tv On The Radio..Gotta have them on deck for the summer for sure. But Thats just me.. And finally Silversun Pickups, they are some hometown niggas straight out of LA, echo park area and shit.. they constantly reinvent themselves and their sound, but always make music you can get ZOOTED AND BOOTED to.
